Can you service my pool if I’m not home?

If you can’t be home, let us know so we can set up a safe and secure way to gain access to your pool. After your appointment, you’ll receive an email detailing your pool water conditions and the maintenance our technician performs. 

What should I be doing between visits?

  • Empty skimmer baskets and Polaris bag as needed

  • Add water if needed

Where should my water level be?

Halfway up the tile line, so that the skimmer is halfway covered. If the water is too high the skimmers won't function properly, and too low the skimmers will suck air, damaging the pump. 

How will I know when to clean my filter?

We track our customer’s filters status for them. Typically, we recommend cleaning cartridge filters every three to four months and diatomaceous earth (DE) filters every six months. We monitor your filter progress, backwash when necessary, and remind you when your filter is ready for cleaning.
